Name the players

A freelance photographer has emailed me, asking for help in naming the City players in some of his archived pictures. It's a bit before my time, so I'm not 100% sure but I thought the first three were Kevin Reeves, Gerry Gow, and Steve Mackenzie, and not sure about the fourth. Can any older Blues clarify?

Yes, Malcolm appointed Steppy as captain on the basis that his experience and personality made him a natural communicator in the back four...despite him self-admittedly not having a word of English! Cherished memories of a grey time....
