It says a lot about how far we've come that when we were 0:1 down and being hammered in the first 20 minutes I wasn't afraid, just thinking - "This is a really good challenge for us!"

Quite so. Felt as calm as John stones was playing. Centre half pairing that works and goalie that can save and then some, and sterling can now finish.

Aguero didn't have much in the way of chances but I see the sharpness back. Bad news for rest of the competition.

One of my favourite moments was right at the end when Sterling rinsed Mertens who pathetically kicked out and Sterling went down.
Mertens went over with faux sympathy and you could clearly see Delph and latterly Stones telling him and then anyone else to fuck off.

Not only are we a joy to watch, we won't be fucked with and the spirit is exceptional.
