Head along the sea-front to the west of the Port area for about 15-20mins and it's quite pleasant, there are a few decent bar/restaurants on the prom.

direct flight from Edinburgh tomorrow morning back via Stanstead on Friday

I did consider that but didn’t fancy doing it alone having to book hotels etc given the reputation of the Napoli fans.

They weren't too bad 6 years ago, not dirt cheap but not extortionate.

5.20 now and cold. Ok in day but clear skies = cold night's.
Not freezing by any means but Deffo jumper or jacket

What a shithole of place.I ended up going to capodimonte museum just to get away from the place.
Tourist bus there and back.
Graffiti all over the place.Crossing the road an experience.Stupid little roads overcrowded with bonkers drivers.
Made the mistake of getting a taxi from airport,white knuckle ride.
I thought Rome was bad but this place could well be worse.
