should be able to play if we really need him, I think they will get that finger with sedation so he won't feel it for some time.
doubt Mancini will play him against Napoli though.

Metatarsal is in the foot, it's the one Beckham did. Metacarpal is in the hand.

Yup, Nige has had constant problems with his hand for months. He has had it bandaged or taped for at least 4 months now

Nothing on the official site as yet but if its a fractured hand it largely depends where the fracture is and how severe that will determine how long it takes to heal.
In saying that many footballers have played without too much discomfort with a fractured finger or broken bone in the hand.
A fractured thumb would be worst case scenario as far the hand goes.
