I played a cup final the day after a compress fracture on my elbow...

I was shite however, but still played... even though maybe I shouldn't have..

Some emerging clarity on the Samir Nasri injury report. Suggestions now he may have broken fifth metatarsal of his left hand, not his foot.

that is a normal injury that boxers usually suffer, wonder who he was fighting with..

just googled the recovery time, says 6~12 weeks? hopefully wrong.

I broke two metacarpals in my hand back in in may...i was allowed to play sport etc..with a splint..after 5 weeks.
