I don't agree.

It has been a possibility before but Arsenal have stayed firm up until now.

Now we have Wengers comments from yesterday and Mancini's this morning which are making the deal look likely but not definite.

Put it this way as far as I am concerned the deal has just been paper talk until the last 12-hours.

To be honest, that was obvious; Wenger's just being an idiot with some of them stupid comments.

When the deals (Cesc and Nasri) get done, it will be a statement from someone higher in the office, not from Wenger, before their first Premiership match.

I know there is news on Nasri,obviously!

But i was expecting to see pictures of him in Manchester maybe,also mancini didnt look like he is just about to sign Nasri did he!?

He looked more annoyed that its taking a while to get done...

Mancini confirmed that Arsenal are in talks with City over him. And he hopes it will be completed soon like the other targets.

Wenger said he expect no1 to leave but he said it because he lies. And he doesn't want to confirm to the press that they will leave.

But Nasri will sign...thats almoste certain.

Mancini also seems to have confirmed interest in Cerci. From daily mail:

Mancini did confirm he likes the look of Fiorentina winger Alessio Cerci, although it is by no means certain he will make an official approach for the 24-year-old.
'He is a good, young player, who could be an option,' he said. 'But there are other players. We need some for the Champions League and others to complete our squad for the Premier League.

So it seems like Cerci is an option but not a priority. And it seems like he has other options in mind aswell. Wonder who.....:D
