Yep. Other than that. Perfect. No bullshit, I actually envisioned Mancini reciting this word for word. His voice is still resonating. :D Too great.avoidconfusion said:green pennies said:SamTheGuru said:Noon friday always seems to be the general concensus for signings. Not that he will play anyway. Bobby Manc will say "He izzzza not ready. He train only for 1 day with ze other playerzzzz. It iz important Samir must train before he playz football. This is important. This is football."
That's exactly what he will say. Word for word.
He missed the "only zis'e"

Barry adds a lot to our team that people fail to recognize because, 1. he isn't flashy and 2. he isn't a star.Blue Haze said:Worst thing all last year was watching when we got bossed. That was awful, feeling relief at a goalless draw after getting torn a new one, or worse a collapse like Everton away or Wembley.
I really do agree with playing Nasri instead of Barry. Barry is good against certain types of teams but struggles mightily to make an impact against pacey, aggressive teams.
He cuts up a lot of play and physically bullies some opponents. Yep, he gets skinned but we always notice and point the finger when it's him. Kompany's gotten skinned worse than Barry a couple times last season.
Barry is one of most consistent players. Always composed, and if you understand what he brings to the team, you notice that he always produces. Here's an example, he makes a tackle or interception, and passes it to Silva who does the rest. Most of us are English and we would rather see a crossfield pass, etc, but yes, that little sideways pass to Silva could be the difference in a match. When he does put in a good pass, it goes unnoticed..Why? cause it's Barry. Let's not forget that Barry's made more tackles, blocks, and scored more goals than De Jong. The same goes for Barry-Yaya except in the goals category, I believe.
That said, do I think Nasri would be better than Barry. Absolutely, but I really think Barry deserves more credit.
