That's a great idea. Spend all this time setting up a deal, agree terms with the player, let some other targets go because he's about to sign, and then pull out because Arsenal are delaying a bit & we decide we'll behave like a bunch of fucking spoilt kids who want their present NOW NOW.

Nasri will definitely understand & definitely want to sign for us next summer when Utd go in for him. And we'll be so much better off.
