More I think about it though, it seems as if there will be a lot position switching thus rendering a very fluid and potent attack if they can learn to be disciplined together.

Alot of people seemed to like this formation right here, and rightly so. Mancini's Inter's famous 4312. Nasri playing in the centre like some want.

Nasri spearheading midfield, heavy linkage with Silva.

Silva's injured and we need summat of a playmaker. Of course won't be the same kind of playmaker as Silva, but more of a connector if that makes sense.

Mancini's Inter 4312 used players capable switching to a deadly 442 for different opposition and different approach to certain matches. We looked like this for a bit (and at times 4312) against Swansea when Aguero came on except it was Johnson for Nasri.
