Nasri

He's actually tied for first in the league in assists (Silva has 6 as well, not 7). He also is second in the league in chances created behind only Silva, and has done this while only starting 7 of the 10 games.

And even without those numbers he shouldn't be criticized just because some people don't seem to understand the sport. He is a very intelligent player.. he rarely gives the ball away and has the highest passing percentage on the team (94%). But at the same time he does have the ability to take players on and make killer passes.

Sometimes you'd like him to go at players more, but nobody on the team is perfect, and he definitely brings a lot to the table nonetheless.

How much is he on a week? A United fan said he was on £250k a week which is obvious bollocks so I was just wondering if anyone had any info?

Why are you talking to a rag?

Bow your head in shame.

Was funny how when Tevez was banging goals in for fun he was our "£250,000 a week striker". He makes a tit out of himself and suddenly he becomes the "£190,000 a week outcast"
Now in anyones book a 60k pay cut in 1 day would take some serious legal issues

Anyway Nasri isnt on as much as Yaya who we all know is on £7 billion a week

He's overrated.
Yeah, of course he is. You lot will be saying the same about RVP when he jumps ship in 12 months' time.
Not really. Go on the Arsenal mania forum and read the Nasri thread before he was even linked with you. He wasn't rated by the majority of Arsenal fans.

He lacks the spark and he's a coward who likes to pass on responsibilty. He will never attempt to take a game by the scruff.

Most Arsenal fans didn't really give a toss about him leaving. Compare that to Fabregas where we were shitting our pants.

Didn't stop your club or manager offering him a new deal or accepting the actual reality until it was detrimental to your own cause, though, eh!

The difference is Nasri is now surrounded by better players who all contribute the sum of their parts.

Nasri makes us better. He makes you weaker.

What are you on about? Arsenal fans LOVED Nasri, which is why they got so ticked off when they realized he wanted to leave. Look at Clichy.. exact same move, but not even a quarter as much flak for it. Nasri was second in the voting for premier league player of the year last season, which is voted on by the players. Obviously it doesn't mean he is actually the 2nd best player, but clearly he's pretty damn good.

I really have never seen Arsenal fans so butt hurt over a player leaving.

Its difficult for Nasri to stand out when Silva is dominating matches as he is.

I do think that Silva is the one player at risk of burn out. Irrerspective of how his back is, I'd rest him against QPR. I think if Nasri gets more games where he has to run the show he'll be better for it.
