Natalie At MCFC

I don't think anyone will need a sob story. Just provide your customer numbers used for previous games and im sure they'll sort you out by putting you at the front when the inevitable season ticket seats dont get sold.

I think anyone who's go a City Card should email the club.

Some info from a poster on another site:
Right..Some Info from the offical ticket office. I have just spoken to a lovely woman called Natalie, pressing 2 on the options for Customer Services.
She was very understanding, and completely agreed with me on all my points regarding the fiasco. The ticket office are now taking the details of Citycard holders and Accesscard holders wishing to get tickets and allocating them seats prior to them going on general sale on Monday.
I have got 2 reserved and they will ring me back on Monday morning to confirm my purchase.
I asked whether they were any discussions on going to change the decision of allowing them to go on general sale on Monday, she said that a lot of things were being discussed. I wouldn't hold my breath though for a backtrack. I forgot to ask how many they had sold.

So if your a Citycard or Accesscard holder get on the phone to the main ticket office using the 0870 0621894 number, option 2. Open till 7 tonight and Friday.

I also spoke to Natalie today about being upset at being the back of tier 3.
She told me that If I met her after the match against Fulham she will give me the BJ of my life on Mark Hughes's desk when everyone had left.

Top girl and can't fault her one bit.

Cheers Natalie

You can't say fairer than that !!

This should serve as a lesson to some of the abusive, whining idiots on here who were resorting to effing and blinding and labelling City employees as 'scum'.

People are generally much more receptive when you make your point in a polite, constructive and articulate way without ranting and raving. This is clearly what the OP has done and his good manners have quite rightly been rewarded.

Some people's idea of making a complaint would have been: "Oi Natalie you fucking c*nt, this system is a complete fuckin' joke. I've been to loads of games but missed out to a bunch of fuckin daytripping plastic twats. Sort it out or I'll put you windows through you worthless scumbag."

Try both approaches and see which one gets you further!!
