What makes you think paying £80 Million would guarantee things? Pogba, Maguire spring to mind.

A price tag is only a price tag, £41 Million for Ake represents good business and his pace will be a real asset.

Laporte Ake Stones Tosin maybe Koulibaly is where I see it ending up, Tosin and Garcia interchangeable all depends on the Barca situation and if he signs a contract.
