Well unless you think City can produce a 25-strong squad of English players good enough to compete at the top level we'll have to make do with your "bullshit" rules. The rule doesn't say these players are English, just that they've been developed as youngsters for a long period at an English club.

I thought the idea of the rule was to encourage clubs to develop youth players? Seems to be doing the job..
