Nathan Ake

Because there assessed every three years you can lose 105m over three year period!
So’d they’d still have to turn a substantial profit the next few years , to get it down to just a a £100 mill loss over 3 years if the amortised spend plus wages were over £240 mill.

If we get 50m for our fourth choice CB it’s good business
Played his part in our success and we don’t need the money, these players are very well paid cogs in our wheel and should not be sold cos they don’t feel fulfilled at not playing 40 games a season.

not really, and I wouldn’t mind selling him as I don’t rate him as at our level tbh(he’s had some good games given a run in his defence).

Newcastle have a shitload of cash and he cost us 40 mil. For a player his age, having won 2 titles whilst here we should be looking for 20 mil profit minimum.

We payed over the odds, he’s no where near worth 60 fucking million and Newcastle won’t pay anything like that. He’s a decent PL centre back nothing more and his true value is about what we paid.

Doesn’t matter that we don’t need the money we are a football business and as we found out with Torres every player has a true value, if we get that for a fringe player we should sell. He’s an average PL centre half
