I've just bought one of these shirts at manny airport for 55 nicker!! Gone off it a bit after reading this miserable thread :(

Enjoy wearing it mate. I've got one. I like wearing it. I think it looks better than the sky blue one to be honest. Each to their own.

I'm not a fan of the kit aesthetically but to attribute it to being part of the problem for performing like a bunch of spengs is absurd!

i have actually had 2 nice comments about the top from women when wearing it, they like the moon print on the sleeves! so at least its useful for some things :)

We should have sky blue, red and black stripes and white with red/black stripe as our colours.

Why don't City be original and simply stay with the same colours and alter the design slightly every two years

Not fucking surprised. I was there that day and the collective WTF. City don't play in yellow.
Haunts me to this very day. Everytime we play Arsenal, i have flashbacks.

The time when wearing the navy blue (or dark/black kits) would be daft and would likely affect our performances would be when the temperatures are high and the sun is out in full shine (a la Mexico's horrendous choice to have an all black away kit in Brasil).

Since that rarely is an issue for our matches I think the defeats in the away shirt are down to poor performances and tactics.
