NBC (USA) show EVERY premier league game live all season!

DirecTv has all this weekends games, and City's on Monday, live = Brilliant.

Only negative comment so far, commentary is 1/2 second ahead of video, so you hear 'great save' a split second before you see it.

Just browsing upcoming recordings and noticed 'CityLife' on channel 631 YesHD @ midnight 8/23 followed by Inside City. Both descriptions say they are about MCFC, but I've heard nothing about them. Anyone ?

Great spot Blue! I just set the DVR to record :-)
Happy days here in the US

I don't know if this has been discussed in this thread, but if you have Dish Network, the "Premier League Extra Time" games are only available online via the http://www.dishanywhere.com site. NOT on the overflow channels via your dish box.

Word from Dish at this time is that it was "short notice" and they "don't have the capacity" at the moment to meet the demand of putting them on a channel. Which is fucking horseshit as there are plenty of ALT channels available for them to use as overflow and we've known about this deal since last year...

Anyway, just thought I'd give everyone a heads-up if you wanted to watch anything other than that those shit teams in red, Chelsea or Spurs this weekend before we kick off Monday. I kind of wanted to watch Martinez's first game at Everton...but not if I have to watch it streaming. I'll go play golf instead...

Looks like replays of the game will be available on demand. Sweet! Any PL game watched at any time, no DVR necessary.

Also the studio coverage is good. They're ripping Wenger and Arsenal for not spending and ticket prices.

OK for someone who is a bit older and technologically challenged, where I can
find replays "On Demand"????

If u have Comcast/xfinity and have a cable box equipped with on-demand...
Press on-demand on the remote. Select "HD on-demand" (if you have HD, if not ignore this). Select "Sports". Then select "Premier League". And finally select "Match Replays"... Enjoy.

-- Mon Aug 19, 2013 11:14 am --

Anyone successfully loaded the 'nbc sports extra app' for android? Even though I have US dns service I can't download the app.

Works perfectly on my Android. Kinda slow and has frozen once or twice but id give it 8.5/10.

Just got the NBC deal, well pleased I won't be watching this season on streams, although they were great for a few years.

The NBC coverage has been top class, the quality is really good and the commentary and pundits are great. Online works good on both apple and android, so excited for this year and to be able to watch every city match.

thrilled about this. American networks have a history of showing, for example Man U vs Wolves, instead of a clearly more competitive match like City/Spurs. The way Fox Soccer ballwashes United and to some extent Liverpool is annoying.

Anyone know a way to subscribe to this in the UK and stream the games via the app?

Yes subscribe to expat.com £5 per month and you're in. I do this when in US and get all my English programmes.

So what are the chances of City's game on Sunday being picked by NBC Sports as the be "TBD" game over the other 3 or so games scheduled at the same time? I wish I had Direct TV instead of Dish as it looks like they are carrying almost all the games. I would think about changing to Direct, but with 3 daughters and my wife accustomed to their channels and guide systems on 4 TV's in the house, I would never hear the end of it if I switched just so I could catch all my City games.

DirecTV is carrying every single game, not almost all of them.

There are only two matches scheduled for Sunday (which is usually/always the case). The match against Cardiff is going to be on Premier League Extra Time as Swansea and Spurs will be on NBCSN.

Here are some good links to keep handy.
