Nedum Onuoha: Hats off to ya

Let's hope people shut up about the money for a day and recognise that an academy product was a big part of us getting 3 points today and opening that 4th place door a little bit more...

Lets not forget the 4 Academy lads on the bench. People are finally realising CITY ARE BACK, and in some style

Started the game poor, and did some bad passes, but after the goals started flowing he was brilliant, especially second half. Very solid performance at the back and a nice tidy finish for his goal.

It's a shame he's not being credited with two goals, but I think we all want Tevez to beat Rooney.

His interviews are pure class too.
Shows how an articulate footballer with 3 A grade A levels can sound.

Nedum is my very close neighbour. I see him all the time with his sister and family he is a true gentleman and his family are there all the time for him. If we let this lad go it will be a big mistake a local lad with a great background. All the local kids knock on his door and he is more than happy to sign pictures and give them his time great young man a credit to his family. Have seen him in the local tesco with his girlfriend and sainsburys with his sister who is a double of him do good luck nedum hope you stay at city a long time the only true city player.

Thought he had an exceptional game against Burnley too. Looks confident and assured since returning.

I think it's a travesty that he's been second best to Richards, whose career has been built on his early promise. I remember reading somewhere that the staff at City thought Neds was better than Richards in the long run.

Positionally, so much more advanced, confidence going forward is improving on a massive scale, much more likely to score than Richards, knows when to help out his team in defence to nullify threats... He needs to frickin' work on his crossing, though!

In fact, for that, NEDS OUT!!!!

Quality performance from Big Ned.

As much as he did well for his goal(s), I thought that a couple of his defensive challenges were magnificent, stopped Brum in their tracks and released us onto the attack.
