Need help to silence Un*ted fans...

This is absolutley gospel truth so please believe this.

Met some contractors at work and one happens to be a rag. Listening in, he is going on how big of a red he is and how he has been to every home game this season (lives in nottingham by the way). Anyway he is saing how he doesnt go to carling cup games because its a waste of time but he gets the programmes sent to his home address.

Walking next to him i casually ask if he is going out to the game next wednesday night (i havnt told him im a blue) and he says what games that. I told him that united were playing sydney away in the super world championship.

Guess his reply..........................................no, i cant get the time of work but gave my ticket to a mate!!!!

Fucking unbelievable, everyone was in pissing themselves at him and he didnt have a clue why!!

Just tell them that they had better get going as it's a long way back to London/Brighton/Dublin/Southampton etc

Ask them where they sit at the swamp.
Works every time.
Also remind them as the "biggest club in the world" it took them 26 years after '67 to win their next league title....massive...

ask them are they still taking that dog round the pubs collecting like they did last time they were broke

My wanker of a boss is a rag,and whenever he goes on about City, the one thing that winds him up is me saying "who's skint then, who's fuckin peppered, who's got no arse in their pants, bust, borassic, potless? And when that filthy old piss-can either retires or dies, the games up."

I keep trying to tell you. The thing that United fans hate most of all is the fact that their club is supported by wankers. Glory hunting kiddies, Asian glamour-fans, Irish day trippers, teenage girls, middle class Nick Hornby corporate fans.

If you really understand Man United you will know that this is the deep unrest at the heart of their club. It isn't their club, it's a brand, latched onto by nobodies from nowheresvlle.

a common ground has been reached.

As you all probably know, the shite are clearly getting worried about ous. Just sat her at work for an hour, ive had a few digs directed my way that wouldnt of happened a year ago. To me, it just shows that we are on there minds! Im bored of long winded arguments with rag fans and i need something that can just end the argument straight away, something they cant comeback on! I love city, but by my own admission im no expert on our long history, i dont know who scored the winner against Tumbridge Wells in 1926 or anything like that.

So, any help from you history buffs would be appreciated! I love a bit of banter, but would love to have a little gem in my back pocket for when they need to be sent home crying

Ask them why , in their real hour of need during their relegation season of 1974 , did they only get 28,000 fans for an important first Division home league game ?

And remind them that we got several bigger gates than that when we were in the old third division!

No don't. If you take them on on attendances you will lose.

Hit them where it hurts.
