dont blame any of our strikers tbh, we have not been creating fuk all chances for them

Apart from the 2 Dzeko had handed to him on a silver platter yesterday and the one against Stoke that a 4 year old could have scored.
And was it Dzeko's miskick in the last minute of Chelsea which would have been a bloody good chance.

I think the problem Negredo, and the rest of the team, is having is the lack of space available in the dangerous areas. The opposition are effectively defending very narrow on the edge of the 18yrd box and getting a lot of bodies in the way. It's worked well against us for a couple of months now and we need to find an answer to it soon before the season really does go tits up.

He shouldn't avoid criticism, hes been incredibly poor recently, no link up play or anything. Dzeko is atleast getting chances, id rather missed chances than no chances atall. It was a great chance to kickstart the forward partnership of kun and the beast, apparently negredo has 17 touches overall. Wish Jovetic gets fit soon so we can see a new more dynamic partnership.

He's a fantastic striker built for this country, but I think it's a combination of many things with Negredo at the moment that has hampered his form.

Pellegrini constantly alluded to Negredo not being fully fit - after the Spurs win, after the Norwich draw, the Chelsea loss - but he still had to play because Dzeko, Jovetic and Aguero were all struggling with injuries at the same time. This meant that Negredo didn't get adequate recovery time from his shoulder injury, and playing without his main strike partner in Aguero made things look worse than they were.

I've been critical of him recently but having had a think, I'm more than happy to wait for him to get back to full fitness and back to the striker we all know he is. A potential cult hero who loves it here. 23 goals in 40 games is an exceptional record for a striker in his first season in a new country, team and competition.

Let's hope we can get back on track with him at the centre.

Dislocated shoulder me thinks is the reason he's gone off the boil.

How does that affect his legs?

Try running with a crocked shoulder impossible. Look at some of the footage after he was injured against West ham. The way he holds his shoulder suggests to me it popped out and back in again. Did mine 30 years ago playing 5 aside it's a horrible injury. If it's not that it just seems a coincidence that he's gone off the boil after that away leg at West ham in the League Cup.

defo carrying an injury. Not the same player he was.
He's off the boil, Dzeko is trying so hard and its' not happening
Aguero's class has to be our salvation, and then it will fall into place

We already got 1 trophy so happy days !!! Right ?

Would be so good to go on a straight win run right now

C'mon

Lets get behind them and give them some singing support
