No! It's actually true! She's gone at the game though, absolutely in the clouds, doesn't even hear you speak, just continues on and on and then laughs to herself. It's converted this ambulance, from the outside you'd never know

That's mental. I just read this out to the wife and she said, "Yeah, it's a thing. People do that".
Does she just park on the road or is she on a piece of land?
We called them Gypos when they were on ten acres in the 70's..

New age travellers. Or just travellers (but of the non pikey, gypsy kind).

There's people that do it as deliberate lifestyle choice or because of cost of rent etc. There's people that just have a caravan without a car, on the side of the road around Bristol.

There's also people that do actually wash and don't shit in fields that make money from posting "van life" content on YouTube on social media.

They wouldn't last long round my house. No overnight parking on any roads in sunny Scarborough.
