I can't get to the stadium to collect the 4 scarves we were looking for so I’ve decided to make my own...

I’ll try an upload a picture when it’s done, probably tomorrow afternoon/evening but if not and you’re at the game or watching on telly.. Keep your eye out for a 40ft scarf..

fucking arseholes.

If you need a ticket and a voucher to able to get a scarf, (unfortunately, we have 2 tickets, never received a voucher, and also work in town so no fuckin chance) then the club should have taken details of who has been given them to be in a position to release how much was raised and the amount individuals donated - that way we could see which low life scum have taken this fantastic oppurtunity to support a City hero and donate to a fantastic charity and twist it to solely benefit themselves. I hope these people never have to rely on any organisation which in itself relies on public donations

The donations did not go into a till and were not related to the voucher. You just gave them the voucher and put the money into a collecting box the same as the ones we see outside the ground sometimes. I don't even think, though I can't remember now, that your ticket number was on the voucher. Think it just said that the voucher enabled the holder to a free scarf with a donation to the fund.

Some of us put in more than the suggested donation so that should make up for the ..............oh dear I am a lady so could someone supply their own swearword there please.............. who either just put in a small amount or got multiples and didn't put in enough to cover them all.

Let's just hope that the amount raised is very, very large.

I learnt from an "off topic" thread recently that some people not only "don't believe in charity" but are very proud of that fact.

Arseholes.
****.

Just at stadium store now... They have 150 left open Til 5:30 today and
From 9:30 tomorrow

This is very late but does anybody have a spare ticket for sunday?! Or anyone know of one going spare anywhere?!
Cheers.

The young black woman presumed I had already made a donation (as I had given the vouchers yesterday)

Lesson learnt city: Have the scarves sent down to the stadium and distributed outside (on display of match ticket)
and if the ticket is £20 sell them for £25 with the £5 going to the appeal.

Just got back from getting mine. Ok it took two 70 mile round trips to eventually get them but me and my lad happy now.

I know not everyone is happy about how it's gone but thanks City for taking my details yesterday and for ringing me today and saving them for me. Top effort.
