Lesson learnt city: Have the scarves sent down to the stadium and distributed outside (on display of match ticket)
and if the ticket is £20 sell them for £25 with the £5 going to the appeal.

I'm sure you aright mate. I remember reading the same. Don't know if it was a direct quote from the club or someone on here who had been in touch with them. But they did say making more scarves available would be an option.Eccles Blue said:blue12 said:Unfortunately i cannot get to the game on sunday but would have loved to have got a scarf and would make a good contribution, so why dont the club make more for the fans who can't get to the game and do a tribute at one of the home games.
If I remember correctly someone said that this might be an option later on. The scarves for this weekend though were, again if I remember correctly, for the fans who were going to Leicester to make their tribute to Neil Young. The coincidence of our first FA Cup match this season being against Leicester couldn't really be overlooked I think.
If I am not right on this I am sure that someone will correct me and I apologise to the people who got the tribute up and running.

Considering the brief amount of time the club have had to do this and over the Xmas period I think it's fantastic what they have done.
