His hair annoys me, he needs a shave, he's clearly causing unrest behind the scenes and my mate, who is Neilsen's 3rd most efficient stalker, reckons that he's on record as saying 'I hate City, I hate the fans, the kit, that guy with the scarf who always says 'very important' and most of all I hate Adebayor'.

he commanded his box and he came for 2 crosses and won both clean, straight away i know this guy won't fuck about with high balls.

finally we might have a keeper who will command his box, for any defender it is always good knowing your keeper can do this, our back 4 won't be dissapointed Nielson is behind them, if he can command our back 4 will take that and so will i, just gonna be interesting to see what his shot stopping is like.

I have faith in Nielsen, do us proud.

I've seen him a few times for the ressies and tbh I dreaded him ever getting near the first team but fair play to him he did very well when he came on.

Been watching Gonzalez in reserves, he should be in and looks good, 300 games in south america and youngest ever champion with longest clean sheet wikipedia said, he played against robinho and top players in champion league in turkey so must be good, maybe he get chance to prove himself, big guy and proper looking keeper, who knows

It will come as no suprise to anyone that I am absolutely made up that that Gunnar played, and will play until the end of the season.

Gutted about Shay, but as soon as it was clear he was coming off, I was well happy about Gunnar coming on. I was straight on the phone to my mates in the Faroes, and the population of just 48,000 people were glued to their tellies!!!!!

He's a good keeper, and I hope we give him all the support he needs for the last three games.

By the way, who's our sub keeper now?!

Everyone here is ecstatic about Gunnar, who recently got promoted to first choice goalkeeper for our national side. This means that he will be playing qualification games against the following sides in the next round of Euro qualification: Italy, Serbia, NI, Slovenia and Estonia.

If you want to make Gunnar feel welcome you could try these simple Faroese chants (spelling adjusted for the English language):

I don't live in Manchester myself so I won't be able to get involved with this :(
But it seems a few people have picked up on the idea, I think it would be great if someone actually followed through with it.
It'd be a small token of support that I bet Gunnar would love. It's certainly wouldn't be the strangest thing we've brought to COMS! ;)

The other thing is that I have noticed that the young german keeper we signed in the summer, Loris Karius has been playing the last few reserve games.

Does this mean he will be on the bench? He isn't 17 until June.
