It depends on the content you are watching and what TV you have. To watch 4K content you need a 4K TV. If you are watching newish shows on a non-4K TV you are probably watching normal HD. From Netflix:
Low (uses up to 0.3 GB per hour)
Medium (uses up to 0.7 GB per hour)
High (uses up to 1 GB per hour, up to 2.8 GB per hour if watching HD, or up to 4.7 GB per hour if watching 3D)
This doesn't include 4K, which more than doubles the HD rates.
