I’m not certain, but it can’t just detect motion from hands, can it? Surely they have the recording and use the specific moment on the snickometer alongside the pictures.
 
Why did he get a yellow card for.
The only reason I can see he was faking injury
 
Rangnick has a very middle of the road Austria playing 10 times better football than Southgate could ever get England playing and you'd be hard pressed to describe him as anything more than a semi-competent manager.

Good job england are likely to avoid them, We'd get embarrassed.
