Apologies but I will be rooting for Rodrigo in the final.
You were the better side and if you turn up and play a decent game against Spain I certainly won’t begrudge you a win.
We on here are just used to seeing great football. If I see it in the final I don’t care who I see it from.
Watched on RTE tonight and Phil getting a lot of praise from the panel. Everyone feels you deserved the win. Southgate being given credit as a man under pressure.

Hope so.I wouldn’t feel bad for him, he was the best player on the pitch in the first half, almost scored 2 worldies, and will 100% start the final, where he’s got a good chance of making himself a household name and winning England the whole thing if he plays like he did today.

Kane definetly but Phil should have stayed on a bit longer.That’s the sensible take. But there will be narrative played out in some quarters that we scored after he went off.
