Spot on assessment from ole rat face. Teams are not falling for covering the full backs allowing room for Silva etc. Also, we don't have natural wingers for a plan b.

Very impressed with his tactical analysis. He makes the BBC pundits look stoopid schoolboys.

It pains me saying it but he's the only pundit i tend to agree with most things he says, got that analysis bang on for me aswell.
Still a ratface though! ;)

Yeah, what he said made a lot of sense, especially him saying that's how we raped Utd.

ooh neville in 'highlighting utds main rivals weakness' shocker - i bet he had to think long and hard about whether he should say that didn't he?

has he spoke about how vulnerable utd are in the air without vidic? despite them conceding so many goals from flick-ons, lost headers etc he hasn't mentioned it once

if he does i'll be impressed, until then, until he dares to criticise his former paymaster and identify a way for teams to beat the scum - he's a gutless sewer rat

I had to bow down as ratface was spot on.

Someone should record it and upload it as I didn't get to watch the whole analysis.

Pretty much summed up why we aren't able to score as much. Teams have found us out.

He said teams don't see our fullbacks as a threat and don't leave players to mark them.

They stay in the middle where Nasri, Silva, Yaya, et al want to penetrate.

Basically, they give our fullbacks space and pack the middle, because all our fullbacks will do is cross, and they'd rather defend crosses then give up our biggest threat: penetration through the middle.

But two fucking amazing full backs and we a sorted.

Play Nasri and Silva as full-backs.

Seems logical to me! ;)

Neville's a rat but he's the best pundit on TV by a mile.

He basically told everyone how to beat/draw with us but everyone probably knows by now anyway (at least on their home grounds).

How could Mancini not address our lack of width earlier? Even in January he had a chance to grab a winger on loan. Relying on full-backs for width is a risk and what has Micah produced lately (before moving to CB)? Only Kolarov has appeared to be any major threat as a full-back and he is so hit and miss it's unreal.

Yep, it was pretty bang on in fairness. Talks a lot of sense, but still a **** as a player.
