United not in Salford, but also not in Manchester. Stretford wasn't / hasn't been part of Manchester !

Its an old discussion one about the boundaries and changes. I read somewhere that in only 9 yrs of the scum history has the ground been within the City of Manchester. That sums it up really.

the only thing i'm changing will be the st mark crosses now someone has said they look like the nazi iron cross in another thread and all i'm seeing them as now.

probably just circles instead depicting bluemoons or something.

They look fantastic – not sure the club would change now though after the years of marketing and brand awareness our owners have put in with the current badge... unfortunately.

Yep, just because Royal Mail use this map for the Postal Districts, doesn't mean Rags can use it to claim their ground as residing in Manchester:

However, the ones shown earlier in the thread are absolutely superb, and in my opinion, better than the current one.

Trafford. Man United are in the Metropolitan Borough of Trafford. Not Salford, not Manchester, but Trafford.

Love this badge but prefer the 3 stripes marking the 3 rivers of Manchester than the red rose of Lancashire.

Also the St Marks cross could be smaller on either side of the crest
