If there were trams queued and ready at the end of the game, it would help greatly. I realise this may cause problems for many other users on Sat 3pm games, but they are so rare I'm sure the good people of Manchester could put up with it.
I travel from the South and usually stay over and make a night of it for most games. Ten years ago, if I had to get back for 8pm, I could drive and reliably expect to do so. Now if I need to get back I don't bother going, leaving an empty seat. I'm sure soon, I'll question is it worth ever going when I have to drive there and back in the same day. And don't get me started on parking restrictions (especially on Sunday's) that they use in the vicinity of the stadium. This is a real problem and the club need to address it or lose some supporters.
