I have seen episodes of Inside City and Silva is chatting with the likes of Lescott and Hart. Milner speaks Spanish but I am sure he also speaks English to Dave.

Absolutely no need for him to speak in English in interviews, certainly doesn't make a difference to how he has settled on and off the pitch!
