New European Super League Breakaway Threat

It would be interesting to see the list of 18 teams. I cant imagine how 18 can include 6 teams from the Prem. I mean what is the criteria for selection if Spurs are being touted as being involved?

I think united ,Liverpool, PSG, Bayern, madrid and Barca will be founder members with a vote.
We may be invited to apply. Doubt if we are considered founder member material.)
Why PSG? Only been in existence since the 70's and won their first European trophy in 1996.
I would suggest that our pedigree is far more "Founder Member" material than PSG's.

'member when the RAGs, dippers and Tarquins were bleating about Oligarchs and dirty petrodollars threatening the status quo. All along its been their US dollar owners threatening a breakup of their precious league.

Karma.

All it needs is for the remaining clubs of the Premier League to turn round and say to the top 6 clubs. If that is what you want a European Super League then so be it. If your club joins this European Super League then your club is out of the Premier League.

I for one will not be going to the matches unless the ticket prices are no more than £25. The FA is for the good of football. So then FA should get some backbone and tell these clubs. If you join this so called Super League, you will not be allowed to play any matches against any English club in this country ever again.

Don't think pedigree has much to do with it mate

you can guarantee that to get in this new competition there be a rule that want allow us in it. Some might think that’s a good thing? Well we all know for 20 odd years while those clubs were in Europe raking it in getting further away from the other teams.
