First thing I've noticed as an issue, where you click on "Find Threads" it comes up with white writing on a white background, screenshot attached.

Just thought I'd highlight things as I click through the new mode.

They've always been there, tbf. Nothing has changed in that regard.

Yes it’s just when I scroll down on my iPhone past the ad I get the pop which you can’t click off for 15 seconds or so on every page

Hope this was raised. It would be nice if there was a "forums" button just to the right of the "next" page button at the top and bottom so you don't have to scroll all the way back to the top and up and over the top advert every time,
(by design? lol) thanks.
Also now you must use an extra click to post media, this one is used a lot and there is room on the tool bar for a dedicated button like before. Thanks again.

I'm on firefox and it's fine for me, maybe it's either browser or device related?

wish that whistle icon by match day thread was real so that mods can blow loud when there’s infringement by moaners .

Your wish is my command. If you click the little brush where it says BM at the bottom of the page, and select BM-DARK you have a darker theme (based loosely on the new away kit colours). Might be useful for those who feel the current site is too bright, or want a "night-time" mode option. It's been a bit rushed so am sure there will be a few bugs with it, but give me a shout if you notice anything particularly wrong.

I didn’t like it anyway (too much like too many other forums, but I appreciate the effort and work) so I tried to go back to the lovely light one and it wouldn’t let me! I came out and tried to come back and it took me to the home page (in white etc) and then it asked me about cookies, but when I accepted and went to the forums it was dark! Took me a couple of coming out and going back before it was sorted. But at least I then had the option to change back. Sorry @Ric.

Just spotted the "style chooser" and went to BM Dark. It's, er, different!

I like the dark mode, so used to having pretty much everything on dark mode now so white sites drives me crazy.

I work in IT, it's not as easy as you think. The problem is generally that every end user isn't the same, the amount of testing scripts you can run in a lower environment (one thats not online) depends on how much time & money you can give to it. If you want, you could have automated scripts that run through every single possible scenario tha I think I am getting oldt could ever happen, but it's going to cost you a fortune and loads and loads and loads of time. Then you can create smaller pilots like betas, where people in the real world test it. But even that doesn't completely mean you will be problem OR issue free, because there is always someone who has a different setup and always someone trying something nobody thought of. Shit happens, if you were paying for it then maybe Ric could invest in creating test environments and employing testers...bu or madet you don't.

I was not meaning Ric, but the genral It workers in firms who think every body but themselves think everbody on the other end of a terminal is an idiot. In the English Langage you can only have a personal issue ie I have a issue with that,at issue,or made an issue of and take issue with. Godd Bless America.

Not sure if it’s a little glitch, I’m on iPad Pro if that makes any difference.

You can now upload images to the forum directly via your computer/phone/tablet rather than having to use third parties to host them:

Uploading images

You are now able to upload images directly to the forum via your computer/phone/tablet. This means you no longer need to use third parties to host your images for you. You can still, of course, just embed an image via URL if it's hosted elsewhere on the web. Just testing...
