New home shirt (confirmed)

Is it me or is the new 'players' home shirt actually different from the shirt on sale in the club shop? http://www.mancity.com/news/first-team/2016/07/07/fixture-changes/1467877070524 Looking on the images in this link it appears to have some extra design on the body of the shirt which makes it 'individual' to City ? I've got the England shirt and it doesn't have that design on it? What do others think?
Nike usually do two versions a player shirt at about £100 and a fan shirt at about £60.
The player ones has all the high tech stuff that makes no difference to anything and the fan shirt is basically a fancy pyjama top

Just noticed the badge on the official Nike page. It appears the "rivers" stripes are included on the badge, and the background is transparent. Obviously on a sky blue shirt the badge appears the same as the version we are all familiar with. But I wonder if it means that if the full colour version ever appeared on an away shirt, would the colour of the shirt show up on the badge? So for example, on a black shirt, would the stripes in the shield appear as sky blue and black?

Have a look at the black training tops mate on the o/s

WTF that is well too advanced for Nike's badge department. Surprised they didn't panic and just stick a transfer on a shield.

If you zoom in on it it appears that it's actually a rubber-like material, stuck on - rather than embroidered!

The difference between white and navy is clearly visible. Why are we even bothering with navy, white looks so much better! Better visible and it fits the light blue shirt more.
Etihad wanted a darker colour as it showed up better in photos
