He pulled his face when I bought him a pair of Puma King. Puma fucking Kings! If I'd have got a pair of them when I was 9 I'd have gone to bed with them beside me!

I'd say the majority of football boots bought these days in the 6-18 age category will be fluorescent coloured ones. I know every single lad in my lads under 10's do. It's a pretty big market when you think of it.

LOVE IT as a third kit, and it is the same shirt colours I said I had seen before being ridiculed about a month ago!

I expect to see FAR MORE of these shirts on City fans than the shite Away kit. Red and black, my arse! Under a microscope, maybe, but not the traditional red and black we all know and love!

My Six year old lad has seen the home and the rumoured 2nd and 3rd. He saw this one and said "EPIC.. This is the one I want", when he's playing for his team it's the moon sleeves or the green his mates wear. Us older ones have an affinity to the blue, give the under 10's a choice I doubt they'd say the same.

He's already annoyed he can't have a kids NYCFC away kit

As has been said before, this is going to be a massive hit with the kids. My 10 year old has seen it and straight away said that's the one he wants. To be honest (and only my opinion) kids should be who we are targeting for the kits anyway. I always look forward to seeing the new shirts but haven't contemplated buying one for myself since I was about 20 (which was a long time ago). Hearing grown men get so angry when they see we have blue shorts not white ones just makes me chuckle.
