New home shirt

The replica kits are great for the kids, I only buy them to work out in, never wear them to games.

I don't have kids yet but suppose I would be pissed off shelling out every season for a new kit.

I'm in favour of changing our kits regular as its always something to look forward to but once a season is taking it a bit far.

Just read on the official site that this season's home kit is at "sale prices from £18" - when you get there, the kids shirts are £18 and the adults are £25. Not worth paying that!!

Lets hope MCFC and umbro see sense and bring out a classic red and black striped shirt next season. A simple design with the badge in the middle maybe and a small Etihad airways, similar to the current third strip.

Whatever happens, my son will be getting one anyway for his birthday!

I bought the home shirt for £20 near the end of last season so don't know where you got £25 from however apologies if it is now £25 but cant see the club lying to us.

Why is everyone acting like we are the only club to change our kits annually? Every Premiership club does this... and if they don't they should do as they are missing out on a shed load of money!

Our first strip is sky blue and white and if we have a red and black striped kit, why do we need a third kit?
Who plays in anything that would clash with both of those?

We used to take the piss out of MANUre havin' a new shirt every home game, an' a choice of two on the road, but this money making exercise is just too blatant to be anything else.

Bought all three kits when we had the black away one. All three have probably been worn no more than ten times apiece, and as I tend to think things should last, there's not a sign of wear in any of 'em. They'll see me out!

Mind, the red and black one . . . . . . . . . .

I got the prices from the official site. The email I got said the prices were for home shirts "starting at £18" and when you visit the shop, the kids shirts are £18 and the adults are £25. I didn't say anyone was lying to us - just a bit of marketing.

I'm waiting for the last time we wear the third shirt (probably Everton away) and then hope that they bring this down to a tenner - thats the best shirt we've had in ages

So the shirts were from £18. Always read the small print.

Don't want don't buy. End of.
