I just ordered the authentic home shirt after reading about the poor quality of the replica shirts. Does anyone here have an authentic one - is it worth it? Hoping the quality of the authentic one is better.

Kladze, if you're like me (only buy the kit if it's nice) then if the quality is superior to the replica then it might be worth it.

I've not bought a shirt since this one:

because they've all been poor looking shirts since. So paying £90 every four years isn't going to be an expensive outlay.

This year's shirt is very nice looking, best since 2010-11, but if it's a poor quality garment I won't buy it. Since you've gone for the players' version do come on here and give a review from a garment pov. I'd be interested to hear what it's like.

I have the player shirt and it is awesome, the quality is spectacular. As far as quality goes I would rate it as the highest quality shirt I own (above Umbro's last effort) you won't be disappointed.

P.S. I'm American and we LOVE Nike.

I have the away shirt i honestly think it is fine, no problems whatsoever. Quality is fine .

they should have gone with a lighter coloured kit for the 3rd. not feeling this one at all really.

It was said on this weekends other prem games thread when United were on yesterday that it will be this top which is just United's third kit in different colours.

And since when has purple navy and illuminous green been a City kit colour combination?

It won't be these colours, as our away kit is virtually the same colour!
I seem to remember the Roma away kit has a horizontal stripe across the chest, it would be logical to hope this is used for our 3rd kit, as for me, it's the most stylish looking effort from Nike
