A guy posted on the forum,HaughtonGreenBlue and had the usual Rag comments. Having been through the same accusations myself. Just wish to say that I would like a more welcoming approach to new posters. I PMd him and he is not a Rag. Comments about where he lives were equally unpleasant.FFS, be nice and welcome people from Manchester and all over the world. Have seen amazing footage of Blues in India singing great songs,they will probably never be able to attend, but frankly they are still Blues to me. Most guys on here, have been here for a long time, and maybe mistust newcomers .I lurked for years, and decided to post as now retired. Felt unwelcome initially, you clearly have to persevere to be accepted. Have persevered and had some great chats on the forum, and off the forum. We are a welcoming club arent we ? Not all of us went to Maine Road but can still love City. Come on Guys, be nice. HaughtonGreenBlue, welcome from me.

Same here tbh. When I joined I got the usual doubtful shit, any comment was met with accusations of being a utd fan. Nice welcome for new fans! Changed my user name as a result but wtf, not very welcoming for me anyway, at first thast is

When i first joined after lurking for a long time , someone send me a dm and asked me how many rags I know in my area in a friendly manner :) He was pretending to be rag himself.
I just laughed and told him to fuck off .

New to the site from Dallas, TX. Love reading the comments and insight the forum provide. Started off as a quasi-Everton fan because they sponsored my son's team here in the States about 12 years ago. Started becoming a Man City fan after watching the All or Nothing documentary and really appreciated the way management and Pep approached game. Love watching the team and following them!

Yeah ha ha, I got the "rag" treatment when I first joined. After it happened a couple of times or so I twigged that it was some form of Initiation Gauntlet. Welcome Haughton Green Blue :-)
