Blackburn Rovers away shirt has the same template as the third shirt.

Don't think Rovers' 13-14 away has been released yet. Certainly different than last year's away.

Edit -- oops, just saw it leaked. The striker template.

Is that the red top cos I seen it this morning and its the same style :(

I'm struggling to think of any game we'll have to wear that third kit really. In the league at least. Villa and West Ham away maybe?

I think the "stitched patch is meant as distinguishing element" has been disproven now that we can see nearly every club with Nike as their kit provider have a similar patch job.

It is a cost-cutting measure through-and-through and is aesthetically horrid.

No mate they're only on the left side. These are 100% the real deal and surprisingly good for Nike. I only know because my friend has recently got a new job as a visual merchandiser for the Nike shop.

Well, now you've let that slip that I don't think he'll be keeping his job for very long :)
