No, City were singing that song before England and it’s dancing through the middle of the park. Something unfortunately England won’t get to see with Southgate. No rag references needed for once!

I think deep down a lot of football fans see Phil for what he is: a young working class lad from Stockport living his dream playing for his boyhood club. The fact he has a banging song helps as well!
