Just on the beach in Goa listening to Johnnie Walker's sounds of the 70s and this cropped up, aeems to me the chorus is tailor made for a chant, even has 'City' in the right place, just needs someone to come up with decent lyrics and it should take off, simple for everyone, correct tempo to spread around the stands.
Then again, I am a few beers deep already, it's my birthday, so it could just be a shit suggestion.

Its not a bad chant, I think the rags sing summat to the same tune aswell though which might be why its not stuck.
