New ST rules & ticket transfers

So me and my mate sit next to each other, if one of us cant go, how do we now transfer so that we can take one of our kids? Or is this not possible? Both of our kids have junior cityzens memberships, and have supporter numbers.

Same as you previously did. It would only be an issue if they weren’t members.
 
Has anyone managed to list a non-member transfer yet? The blurb says

2. Nominate one, two or three people for “Non-Member Transfers”. This means that these nominated people do not require a membership to receive a transferred ticket. During the online journey you will need to assign this product to a nominated Friends and Family member. You can then transfer your tickets to these named supporters throughout the season, without them requiring a membership.

But under Manage my Ticket - I only get the option to "Strongly Link" This allows those people to not just receive a transferred ticket but in effect manage my ticket - which seems a bit more than non-member transfers.
It’s the usual City dog’s dinner……that or I’m too thick to follow their instructions!

I’m in the same boat as you. If you click on the non member transfers link, it won’t let you progress without first going back into your existing friends & family list and adding the new non-members to it. However, when you try to do that, there appears to be no button you can click on to add anyone to your friends and family list. I’ve given it up as a bad job…….
 
Hmmm, So We have basically banned all season ticket holders from passing on their tickets to fellow season ticket holders and not communicated this to anyone. Thanks City.
Yes because they know a City season ticket holder isn’t personally going to use the ticket. They’ve already got a ticket. So they’re going to use it to let another supporter in. And City don’t want that.
 
I donate my ticket to my supporters branch if i cant make it so how will we be able to do that now if cant pass on to a season ticket holder
 
Time to stop fannying about and for the club to just come out with their intended aims so we can all move on.

Look we all know you didn't get elected to CMand have had it in for them ever since. As the mods seem to have deleted our previous exchange, I'll ask you again. What would you expect City Matters to do?

Your constant carping about CM is fucking boring and very disrespectful to those past and present reps who put in a lot of work. How about you STFU.

You won’t be able to transfer to another season ticket holder so will need to transfer to someone who has a paid membership instead. Failing that you will need to use the ticket exchange.

Pretty poor as if i cant make it i donate to our veterans OSC to give someone a chance of ticket

I've finally sussed it and perhaps it would help if I read things properly - but it would also help if the website had big buttons saying press here instead of a small link in an email.

  • If you need to add them you can do so here.
  • You’ll need their supporter number or email address, and their last name or postcode.

2. Nominate up to three people for “Non-Member Transfers”. Click here to nominate

And it is the link Click here to nominate which takes you to a separate page in your account where you buy for £0:00 the number of non-member tickets you require and allocate them to the people you want to have them. Hopefully when a Transfer window opens they can then be transferred.
 
Presumably we can still use friends and family as before as long as those listed are members?
And if they’re not members, they could just buy a membership if they’re not on your non-member list, and then you can transfer your ticket?

Just checking if the Transfer option for Spurs game works for anyone yet? When I click on transfer button the following page in which you nominate who to Transfer to is greyed out? Has it gone live/working for others?
 
Same happens with me.
Just spotted a City pop up advert which suggests City Transfers for Spurs comes live NEXT Friday 15th. Cynic in me suggests City ticket office playing things cute as those in search of spares who have failed to be confirmed as one of someone's 3 none paying members will all then be forced to pay the annual City 'Matchday membership' at £35 per season!...to receive spare tickets through Bluemoon etc.
