Renewed yesterday, points are showing for the renewals, but not for the cup scheme. I have had a confirmation e mail though

I think the same happened last year. Cup scheme points appeared at a later date

Renewed yesterday, points are showing for the renewals, but not for the cup scheme. I have had a confirmation e mail though

Just did mine, telesales guy said to be aware problems are occurring and I should check what the email confirms to ensure cup schemes included plus to check points as those too are are a problem. Insisted I take reference over phone as if no email or problems with what is confirmed and points issues then to call Customer Services with it.
