I think a big point that we may be overlooking is the fact that CFG sees the US as the growth engine. There isnt a whole lot more they can do to grow the MCFC club. The real growth and new dollars will come from the US, they will not be doing anything to idiot the growth of NYCFC, its the future cash cow.

they just gonna just piggyback on Manchester City success and history, like they have done rebranding Melbourne. As an away kit, maybe, but they should have their own unique kit (navy blue with field blue etc), something that keeps us apart.
