and yet we sold out 6000 mid week at Arsenal just two years ago in the same cup competition
That was in the quarter final, though. That's when the FL Cup gets serious.

Plus it was only £15 and we didn't have Chelsea Moscow and WestHam all away in succession beforehand.
no of course you're right, we aren't good followers of the team

iirc we played Villareal (a), QPR (a), Newcastle (h), Napoli (a) and then Liverpool (a)
and round five is so much bigger than round four

it's not as if it was London and midweek
Haha, i'm not saying that at all mate. We're a fairly good set of followers of our team for numbers but those games were between 2nd-27th November, with one weekend free in between them all. This run of four away games all come in within just 12 days of each other so it would be a push if we sell out for them. That's why i reckon 2400 will be a push to sell out for the last of the four away games in a row in a week and a half.

Gutted if they don't go on general sale, promised to take the lad and wife(!), will be crackers if aren't able to get a ticket and ground is half empty.

There was cash turnstiles for home fans for newcastle's last cup game against leeds according to their website.

Any chance of that for away fans these days?

Is it extra time/penalties on the night or a replay?

Last train back to York is 22.45 :(

Extra Time & Penalties.

Bollocks! Thanks anyway.

If it goes to ET/P, either have to miss the action, or 'spend' some quality time in a casino until the next train at about 5am!

Should be a good trip regardless.

Doncaster had extra time and pens, long delay for injury too, and was still over around half 10, so it is doable if you have a parachute.

is the away end view this?

Yes.

Any old folk going on their 1st trip? There's a lift that goes up to the top.

I've no idea how no away fan has had a heart attack yet going up. It should have something with ticket stating climb.

I saw a few people looking a bit worse for wear last season on my way up.

was sweating my arse off by the time I got to the top with a belly full of guinness.
