Unfortunately we aren't staying over this time, but we normally stay at the travelodge near the river, there is a Wetherspoons not far away and normally about £30

The city centre premier Inn is around the corner from the ground near China Town and some good pubs.

Hilton, Bit pricey but Newcastle is on a Saturday night stay.
