The side to side passes is to protect our ageing legs, we simply can't press like we once did, and KDB is one of the culprits.KDB wasn’t his best but I’d rather see them killer passes again as opposed to Side to side football

Can't agree mate. I see a defender who is afraid to get hurt, which is always a worry.
The left-back issue and injuries to Stones and Dias this season has simply created the window for him to cover, and he's cover at best.
Ake would have obviously played the left side of the central pairing if we had had a left-back to speak of or Cancelo hadn't bombed.
Akanji seems a decent enough guy but he's responsible for some very porous holes, whether they lead to goals or not.
Agreed on Kev, have felt this way for quite a while about his downturn. He's in need of a good rest and reboot in a different position if he is going to justify starts in the future in a revamped City middle.
Guess I’m glass half fullMate, were you at a different game yesterday?
Pep was doing his nut in re Ederson kicking the ball out of play.
And he clearly could see Kev was having a very poor game.
And if we put away our chances we would have been out of sightThink we got away with one, yesterday. The Geordies were cutting us apart at times and, if they'd had their scoring boots on, we'd have had another very frustrating weekend. Still, if me grandad had shaved his legs...
Three points, clean sheet (somehow) and no injuries. Next.

Im thinking, fk em all, let the results show meeja up for who they are...Fucking hell, match of the day made it out like we'd have been lucky to draw yesterday, never mind win
I thought we were very comfortable other than that 5-10 minutes after they made 3 subs
His game not the ball, come on mate Get with it...Pick it up? That would be an indirect free-kick.
