Kovacic hasn't had much time with KdB so far, yet has looked pretty good for the most part, he struggled a bit after injury, but he's looked good in recent games, as he did at the start. He's never going to be a spectacular player, but not everyone is KdB, Bernardo, or Foden, even Rodri, but we need steady players.

Playing fullbacks at fullback would be a start, both played as wingers for long periods today, against a team with quick counter attacks it's suicidle.
