You don’t have to be in control of the ball for it to be a penalty. The ball doesn’t even need to be anywhere near the incident
really? Even if there is no intent (which there wasnt with Edersons challenge)..I could understand it if a player just walked upto another and deliverately kicked/punched someone in the penalty area but an accidental coming together when they player is nowhere near the ball and a city player has actual control of the ball as well?
