I think this iteration of the side might be the weakest since Pep built the 2017/18 side. The balance doesn’t feel good and we have no depth at all. The importance of the players that have left has been seriously undervalued by the fans IMO.
I still expect we’ll win the league because Liverpool don’t look up to it, but currently this side doesn’t get close to 17/18, 18/19 or 20/21 for me.
The Pep worshippers have spoken....all critiscms are now invalid. It's football...
Some you win.
Some you lose.
Some you draw.
This one we drew.
The posters who think they would have done better than Pep, had they been in charge, rate their knowledge of football and its intricacies too highly.

Seem to remember one being used. One of life's greatest mysterious along with the Bermuda triangle and the lochness monster is Pep advocating for 5 subs only to use 0 on a regular basis.
Yes sorry Ake!Seem to remember one being used.
THISGonna take a while to adjust to not having spare player in midfield
Does one normally put their arm round the bloke who has forcefully put their boot in your knee?Clearly KDB didn’t think so
How is Phil in a lull? Great against Hammers, goal and assist in 45 mins against Bournemouth.Walker was terrible today, and Rodders had a stinker too. Phil seems to be in a lull but we showed spirit and some skill as well. Never want to see that formation against a team with pace out wide again. Points a point though
Good point that, the one last week was very poor not so much today.View attachment 53459
A lot of criticism for Foden for not squaring the ball. I personally think that if he did Haaland would not have reached it. Last week he should have but not today
He is not playing well imo.How is Phil in a lull? Great against Hammers, goal and assist in 45 mins against Bournemouth.
RubbishMahrez instead of foden and we win that game easy
