I like rodders and thought he was settling in really well,then he got injured,rushed back for the dipper game and hasn't been right since,if i could ask pep one thing it would be rest him for a game,try dinho in front of nico and john and see what happens,it's seems obvious to me that rodders is not the prob so much as having gundy with him,even worse when he plays dave in a 3,sometimes i just don't get what he is seeing

Doesn't need to be nico and John, it could be Garcia and John for Newcastle and Fern as DM.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Andy Carroll getting a start, especially with us not having much height. Or, maybe he’s only a bit part player anymore?

We are in a bad way coming up on a very long stretch of a game every few days for weeks. Time for the players to grit their teeth and gut it out. Newcastle is the easiest game of the bunch, but thankfully, with the Oxford game and CL dead rubber in there, Pep and the small squad can concentrate on the PL. However, Newcastle away, Burnley away and Utd at home is a single week where we can either push on strong or it could be a complete disaster!

When Laporte got injured Fern said he had exclusively been training at CB since he got back from the copa america.

It was definitely a planned move and not a reaction to the injury, Fern was Vinnys replacement at CB.

Correct. And if I was Otamendi or Stones, knowing what’s already coming up from the youthranks in mainly Garcia, I’d give me agent a ring.

As for the Newcastle game, the negativism on here is like we better skip this one, and hand over the three points and title.
And you get the feeling people get a bit fed up with Pep as well. Because he doesn’t play Foden enough.

Surely Foden starts one of the two. Eric Garcia as well but probably won’t happen. Does Pep plan to start Fernandinho again in all 3 matches this week?
